Ok guys this is your time to shine!  What would you like to see more of in the workouts? Skill/Strength? We are here to answer your questions and help you though anything else you want to learn ALL THE TIME. But for those of you who are afraid to speak up, or if you don't know HOW to ask something, send me a message crystal@crossfitwarrenton.com  with anything you'd like me to add into the programing in the near future.  Also, this is your chance to write up a workout of your own!  Send me an email with YOUR workout, that you designed by yourself and we will have "wildcard days".  I will draw workouts out of a hat at random and if you're workout is pulled; HOPEFULLY YOU'RE here that day!  Send em over ladies and gents to crystal@crossfitwarrenton.com

30e Russian Twists with KB
30 x'ing Hand to Elbow Plank (15e side)
x3 (or until the start of WOD)

3 Power Cleans
1 Burpee
Increase by 1 Burpee every minute until failure
