Monday - October 20, 2014

If we were to change the yoga class to 5pm on Sundays would anyone be able to make that time?  The current 7pm on Tuesdays has been extremely slim and we are trying to figure out at time where we can get the attendance up. We cannot offer during our regularly scheduled class times, so it doesn't leave a whole lot of options, but I know that EVERYONE could benefit from stretching.  Please shoot me an email/text if 5pm on Sundays will work for you, and/or if you have any other suggestions or requests for yoga day/time. NOTHING IS SET IN STONE YET.  Thanks guys!  

 

Skill/Strength

None...warm up with the group and then we will all get started... 

WOD

500 Double Unders (or 1000singles) 

(RECORD YOUR TIME for this first) then you have the remainder of the time to get as many rounds of:

20e Mountain Climbers

10 GHD's (20 AbMats)

5 STRICT Pullups

x5 (or 40' CAP) -whichever comes first
