CrossFit Total (find your 1 rep max of all of the following movements: Deadlift, STRICT Shoulder Press, Back Squat)

*We will not have group stretch today, to allow you enough time to find 1 rep max for all 3 movements. So get started right after you've warmup up on your own. 

**Be sure your form is perfect. Don't add weight if your previous weight was poor form.
