Monday - October 6th, 2014
STARTING THIS MONDAY (October 6th, 2014), who would be down for a Whole 30 Challenge/Paleo Challenge for 30 days? We can call it "Sexy Before Thanksgiving"....It's happening October 6th-Novemeber 4th...$10/person and the monday goes in a pot and the winner of the challenge will take all! I will take measurements, before and after photos, and we will have a weigh in on Monday (or Tuesday if you can't make it on Monday) for those participating. Who is down guys?? The winner will be based on all of the criteria above, but also everyone participating have a say in the decision making process and will be able to vote for the 1 person they think has changed the most, and we will have a decision by Friday the 7th of November once everyone has voted. Let's do this!

30 each leg, holding the hips off of the ground, bring opposite straight leg down to the ground and back up
30 each leg, holding hip hips off of the ground, bring the opposite leg straight out to the side as low as you can and then back up

x3 rounds for total number of reps
(no matter where the trainer has you start, everyone will rest at the same time. So if you start on the rower for instance, you will go straight to wall balls and then to the rest of the exercises, and you'll still rest the same time as everyone else.) GOOD LUCK Y'ALL!
