The Paleo Challenge winner will be announced tomorrow.  If you haven't gotten measured yet, today is your LAST CHANCE to do so.  Also, please make note that Thursday AM class this week will be on the Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule which is: get here at 4:30am or 5:15am.  Thanks!  Always, Alway, ALWAYS check the website for any changes that might take place in the schedule.  With school in session and schedules ever so changing, classes may have to change slightly to ensure we have a trainer for the respective classes.

Back Squats
for time
For the back squats you must PushPress it up and bring it to a rest on our back, and when you are finished (or if you need to break) you must PushPress it back up to bring the bar down in front of you. There is no racking of the weights allowed.
