Well today is the first day of BASICS class at 7pm.  While basics class is going on, nothing else in the gym shall be going on.  I want zero distractions for the people trying to work on things.  If you want to come in and watch them, feel free to.  Do not come in and try working on something while they are working on the move/s that they are working on as a group.  For more info on the BASICS and WEIGHLIFTING classes be sure to check the schedule and programs button at the top of the page.  The format for both sessions is explained.  Check the google calender to see which class is being held on which day.  Also, Barbells for Boobs is being held October 26.  That is a Saturday and there shall be no 11am class just the Barbells for Boobs fundraiser as the workout at 3pm.  The time change is due to an unforseen issue in the AM.  So, mark your calender, click the link below or at the bottom of the page, and donate if you can for a good cause.
