Grand Opening/ BOB/ Open House

It feels weird writing a post for the weekend.  This must be a rare occurrence, and it is.  It's our official Grand Opening, coinciding with our Barbells for Boobs fundraiser, and an Open house for the gym.  The goal is to have the workouts start every 20 minutes, but we'll be playing that by ear, just so that everyone can participate.  I received a couple emails on when people were planning on coming, but I know there are alot more people coming, so we'll just work with what we got.  

For the Barbells for boobs fundraiser we shall still be taking donations during the event.  (All donations go directly to Mammograms in action)  So if you have a little to spare, feel free to, no pressure.

Workout A:

10 Ring Dips

20 Ab Mat Situps
