5 STRICT Handstand Pushups (-or- 10 Kipping HS Pushups)

10e Sandbag Alternating Forward Lunges 

15 Pullins

Hill Sprint

then as many burpees as you can until you have reached the 4' Time Cap for that round. 

4' AMRAP

x5 rounds 

(your score is the number of burpees for each round)(then add the number of  burpees for a grand total)
