Well with class sizes increasing rather rapidly, we have changed the schedule a little bit.  We have added an additional class, and moved a class a little later. Be sure you go to the schedules page and read the "paragraph" on the class times.  The change goes into effect on Monday, so make sure you are prepared.  If you haven't read it and happen to get it mixed up, I just might give you a little "lee-way" tomorrow only.

Full Animal Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Full Animal Run
for time (with weight vest)
*partition the pullups, pushups, and squats as 5,10,15; 10,20,30; or etc...
