It's cooled off quite a bit, but still hott!  We will be outside a bit today, so be prepared and be sure to hydrate a lot throughout the day BEFORE you get here.

Partner Workout: while 1 person is doing the one exercise, the other person is doing the other.  Both partner will keep working until they are finished with the one and then they will swap exercises.
1 Full Hill Sprint
Max Rep Double Unders
AMRAP 7'
Lunging up and down gravel driveway
Max Power Cleans (pick a weight both you and your partner can do)
AMRAP 7'
Box Jumps (20'')
Burpees
AMRAP 6' (switching every minute)
