Well the WODs for this weekends SuperFit Games in Charlottessville are up, and I must say they don't look to bad. It will be interesting to see how smoothly everything runs, because that was what hurt last years event. So remember no classes this weekend at either gym, and if you find yourself with nothing to do come on down and check the venue out.
