What a week thus far. Just about every muscle group has been worked pretty hard, so what could possibly be next. Well how about a nice little chipped into moves that require allot more muscle groups than their name implies. That sounds like a plan. GoRuckers, we are meeting this Saturday tentatively at 10:15AM, location to be determined. If you absolutely CAN NOT make that time shoot me an e-mail with when you can go sbd I'll see what we can do.

100 AbMat Situps

10e Pistol Squats

20e Plank Rows

40 Swings

20e KB/DB Snatches
10 Handstand Pushups
for time (20' CAP and you use the same DB/KB for all moves)
