With everyones legs and shoulders now cruched, I bet you are all wondering what we could possibly attempt for a WOD, that hasn't been covered this week. You would be amazed at how much there is still left for us to work on. On a side note, be sure you start emailing us feedback on things, and use the comments section to write about whatever you want regarding the posted WOD.
