ATTENTION AMISSVILLERS ONLY: Justin is struggling to get home by 6:15pm for the start of the stretching on Mondays/Wednesdays.  He is almost positive he will be able to make it back home by 6:30pm on Mondays/Wednesdays so with this being said if he is not back here right at 6:15pm, STRETCH ON YOUR OWN. Same thing with all other days of the week as well.  If Parker isn't here right at 6:15pm, start stretching on your own.  If you have any questions, please write in the comments section.

Hang Squat Clean

Plyo Pushups
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and back up the ladder

One person start at HSC and the other at PP.  One bar per team and the bar CANNOT touch the ground!  So figure out a good handoff!! So if you finish your plyo pushups before you partner is finished with tha HangSquat Cleans, you will cheer them on and rest until they are finished.

 100 PushPress (together) switching when needed (this is at the same weight as your squat cleans)
