I hope that yesterday's post was not misleading to everyone.  Jake was trying to hand out a FREE month to each friend, haha.  Silly guy!  If you are currently a CF Warrenton athlete, you can bring as many friends as you want; HOWEVER, each individual (each friend) is only entitled to 2 free sessions.   CrossFit style workouts aren't something that takes someone a month to determine whether it is for him/her.  If they're not sold on this type of training in the 1st or 2nd session, then it's most likely not for them.
