GODADDY failed us yet again.  But this time we didn't lose everything.   We just lost some good stuff. Well, we lost everything from 3/11/11 up to yesterday.  Nothing we can do about it. We will be performing the Open WOD #5 tomorrow: consisting of Wallballs, Power Cleans, and Toes to Bar so needless to say those will not be incorporated in todays WOD.

20 Plyo Pushups (w/hand release at top and bottom)
