HOLY RAIN! How are you all feeling after the burpees and the row yesterday? Remember, NO CLASS SATURDAY/SUNDAY(April 30/May 1st) due to my Oly-Lifting Cert and Justin's class/ER shifts.



Spend this time to work on your goals!  If you haven't already made goals, or have already accomplished your previous goals, this would be a good time to re-establish.

7 reps of the "Bear Complex":
Power Clean
Front Squat
Back Squat
Shoulder Press
FOR Max Weight in 5 ROUNDS.
Hands must remain on the bar for the entire ROUND (all 7 reps).
Rest as needed between rounds.
