HOT HOT HOT! I will be holding 5am class tomorrow (as usual on Thursday mornings); however it will be at the Amissville location this week. Until we close on our new space in Warrenton (very soon approaching), morning crew, we will be in touch as to where AM classes will be held each week. For those of you I spoke with regarding this, you know who you are, and you know what time to be here. Heather, that means bright and early for you my dear. You will be starting WOD before everyone else so you can get your fanny to work. Everyone else, workout starts promptly at 5am. Good alternative to working out in the 100 degree weather!
