Thursday 8-4-2011 UPDATE
No classes this afternoon/evening. Baby Liam is being discharged this evening s Parker shall be unavailable. This means that you have to complete the Burpee WOD on your own. If you have been CrossFitting for less than 2 months you only "HAVE" complete 50 Burpees for time. This does not mean you immediately stop at 50. If you re under 15 minutes in your elapsed time at the end of 50, YOU KEEP GOING. Those CrossFitting for over 2 months you do all 100. Be sure chest, hips, and quads come in contact with the ground every rep, and you complete a jump with a clap behind your head with full hip opening every time.
