Thursday - April 10th, 2014

Please do not use the glass door near the bathrooms to enter or exit the gym.  We can not monitor who comes in and out and we would prefer not to have any "creeper" just walk in unknown to us.  There have been several times where people use it as an exit door that we do not know about it; so please just use the door that everyone walks in normally (to the left of the rollup door).  Thank you ALL!

9 Overhead Squats
18 Pull Ups

(If you are still having difficulty on OH Squats, do NOT do them in this workout.  Do Front Squats instead.  If your form is "there" but not when you add weight, then do OH Squats but at a very light weight.  If your form sucks, do NOT push it.  Be smart and stay safe. )  If there are big classes, those who are going RX'D will start on the OH Squats and those NOT going RXd will start on pull-ups; just and FYI.  Good luck all!
