So we have had a pretty good turn out for people participating in the Paleo Challenge! This is exciting folks!! I downloaded a really cool Paleo App on my Iphone yesterday called "Fast Paleo". It's $0.99 but worth it; check it out if you have an iphone!
There is no Amissville class on Friday as Carlina is getting last minute things together before school starts back up (haha, suckers!) Just kidding. I really can't believe how fast summer has gone.
