No Skill/Strength today: we will be getting started early. (only change: the normal 9am class in Warrenton).  Get here at 8am as the workout will start promptly at 8:15am.  I have to make it to meet the teacher for Caleb tomorrow at 9am.

 You and your partner must complete the following EACH:
35 Double Unders / Partner stands on 1 foot

35 Hand release pushups / Partner holds plank

35 Situps / Partner holds the hollow body position

35 Pullups / Partner holds chin above bar

35 Alternating Lunges / Partner holds bottom squat position

35 Kettlebell swings (53/35) / Partner holds handstand

400m Run (Together)

35 Burpees
