YOGA classes, for now, are on a more consistent schedule! Sundays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 7pm starting this Sunday, August 10th! Hope y'all can schedule this into your regime now that you know in advance when they'll be. There is one conflict this month however, where class will be held on Saturday August 30th (instead of Sunday) that weekend. There is also an additional class being held on August 28th at 7:15am that hopefully people will take advantage of. All of these classes are reflected on our website schedule! Please mark your calendars guys and thank Meghan in the process for helping us to become more flexible! Thanks Meghan!

use this time to figure out what weight you're going to do for the workout then work on HS Pushups or HS Pushup Progressions

800meter run

Max # of Ground to Overhead

then...

5' to complete:

400meter run

Max # of Ground to Overhead

for total number of reps of Ground to Overhead...use 30%-60% of your bodyweight for the weight...
