Well the first WOD for the 2014 Open is announced tonite.  We shall be doing the WOD on Friday and those who can't make it Friday can do it Saturday at noon.  For those who can't make it at either of those times, Monday is your final day to make it up before it must be posted.  Also, if you plan on making it to regionals you must submit your workouts in video format also. We don't have the ability to record and upload everyone doing the workout, so this has to be on you.  Make sure your cellphone (iPhone, droid, crackberry, etc...) has the ability and space to do this.  If not then a cheep 40 dollar digital camera, that also shoots movies,  from walmart (with a 4g memory card) usually works just fine.  Good Luck all.  Use today to prepare for the onslaught.
