Reminder that we will be holding additional classes tomorrow, Friday, January 11th. Be sure you get here at 8:30am (for the 9am class) or 6pm (for the 6:30pm class).  The other classes are still running as normal as well.  
Skill/Strength
50e uni leg bridges
50e belly taps
5 Turkish getsups
Jog around building
(until the start of the WOD)
WOD
at 1:00 do 1 Thruster
at 2:00 do 2 Thrusters
at 3:00 do 3 Thrusters
continue this for minute 4, 5, 6, etc...until you fail to complete the required number of Thrusters for that minute.  Good luck!
