30e uni leg (hips in air leg raises)

30e uni leg (hips in air with abduction)

1' elbow plank

x2 rounds or until the start of the WOD

WOD "7-UP YOURS"

7 Pull-ups
7 Thrusters (75/55)
7 Burpees
7 Dips
7 Sit-ups
7 Push-ups
49 Single Jump Ropes

x7 rounds for time
