Newer people, who haven't yet perfected the movements below, we will work on form during skill/strength and will give you an alternative movement for the workout if your form is not up to par.  New people will also NOT be finding their 1 rep max in squat cleans in 2minutes, but rather, you'll be doing max rep squat cleans for 2' at a much LIGHTER weight to perfect your form.  


Goal Work


1 Clean and Jerk (135/95)

5 Lateral Burpees Over 

12'AMRAP (your score is the number of completed Clean and Jerks)

~3' rest~

2' to do a 1 rep max Squat Clean
