So the yoga schedule for the rest of this month is as follows, so take note: 

Friday 11th @ 6pm

Saturday 12th @ 9:30am

Tuesday 15th @ 7pm

Friday 18th @ 6pm

Sunday 20th @ 10:30am

Saturday 26th @9:30am

Sunday 27th @ 10:30am

Thursday 31st @ 7:15am

The schedule also reflects these dates/times.  So if you have any questions please refer to the schedule page as I will NOT remember the schedule off the top of my head.  I know you all understand.  


Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (ultimately find your 1rep max)-if you're rather new just work on your clean&jerk FORM

recovery of: 30 Shoulder Extensions (legs staggered)

50e Rope Chops

10 Deadlifts (pick your own weight)

50e Medball Russian Twists
