For those of you not on Facebook:  Baby Olivia and Mommy (and Daddy) are doing well.  She was 7lb 8oz and 20'' long born on Tuesday, July 9th. It's been rough, but we are doing great! I will not be back to training as soon as I had anticipated, but I'll be there "watching" occasionally! Strict orders I'm not allowed to lift anything over Olivias weight for 4-6 weeks.  That's going to be the hardest WOD ever...Touch nothing for 6 weeks!  ugh...
