HOLY POPUPS!!! Well we warned everyone that those would be the downfall for the WOD.  Who'd ever think that burps would be the recovery in a workout, and what we looked forward to.  Well that's over now, and it's time to finish off the week.

Skill/Strength

5e Sotts Press

10e uni leg pop hand pickup putdown KB Deadlift

30e uni Leg bridges

repeat until WOD start

WOD

BLOCK Run then 5 rounds of:

20 Ring Pushups

2 Rope Climbs

20 SDHP (53/35)

then finish it off with another block run

for time
