We will be starting a 31 day PALEO CHALLENGE on August 1st.  Anyone can participate; however if you want us to weigh you in, measure you and photo you (before and after pictures) and a chance to win the POT MONEY it's $10 into a pot.  The winner will be determined on September 1st for the "most transformed" (weight, inches and body composition all in one).  Everyone entered in the pot will get a chance to vote at the end of the month.  If you're serious about this and want to 1)kick it into high gear and lose some inches 2) a chance to win some possible big money 3) ready to challenge yourself by cutting out all processed foods and eating 100% clean for 31, then lets do this! I will not measure, photo or weigh you if you are not participating in the challenge.  Good luck everyone and I really hope we get a decent turnout for this challenge!!
