Skill/Strength

Burgener Warmup and PRACTICE PERFECT SNATCHES.  If you're snatching isn't perfect, then GO DOWN IN WEIGHT for the workout or modify with different movement (trainer will tell you what your alternative is)

Then practice you Clean and Jerks.  Same thing.  If not perfect, go down in weight or do the trainers alternative movement)

WOD

Option #1 (ONLY DO THIS ONE IF YOU'RE UP TO PAR ON BOTH OF THESE EXERCISE)

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

Even minutes: 5 Clean & Jerks (115/75)

Odd minutes: 5 Power Snatches (115/75)

for 20 minutes... 

or...

Option #2 

EMOM

Even minutes: 5 Front Squats and 2 STRICT Pullups (or 5 Kipping)

Odd minutes: 5 Hang Cleans and 10 Pushups

For 20 minutes
