Work on Ring Dips (something harder than you usually do, use the weight belt and add weight if you can do them easily strict)
10 Overhead Squats (Front Squats if you are not up to par on the OH squat Movement) Pick your own weight...make it challenging but be sure your form doesn't suffer...
