Who's interested in helping with the Parade on Friday, November 3oth?  We will NOT be holding classes that Friday evening, but would love for as many people as possible to join us in the parade route.  Parker will be putting his pullup rig on the back of his truck again, like we did last year, and I'll need some people working out along the parade route to demonstrate movements, and some people to pass stuff out to the crowd.  Let me know!
 
Skill/Strength
Work on Overhead Squat Form, Front Squat, and SDHP Form with PVC
and/or
Work on HS Pushups
WOD
OH Squats
SDHP
Front Squats
21-15-9
(15' Cap)
Pick a weight that can be used on all 3 of these movements.  You can not take the weight down mid-workout, so think wisely. Keep moving because you do not have much time to complete this workout.  MAINTAIN FORM.  Good luck folks!!
