So far a lot of excellent accomplishments this week, keep up the good work guys.  Reminder we are starting a Paleo Challenge this upcoming Monday with a buyin of $5 winner take all.  We are running it for 30 days, so it'll be a good way to keep focused during the holiday season.

Skill/Strength

Snatch 1-1-1-1-1

recovery: 3 overhead squats at the same weight you snatch (goal is 3, if you don't make it that's fine)

WOD

5/4/3/2/1 Muscle Ups (x3 for progressions)

5/10/15/20/25e Walking Lunges w/ Plate OH (45/25)
