Alrighty then, today for skill/strength we have snatches.  If you are new to them do them from the hang position (easier to learn and work on mechanics).  Make sure you get that active shoulder to stabilize your shoulder capsule and if you start losing it and have to dump it, do so correctly.  Nobody wants to get hit in the head with a bar.

 

Skill/Strength

Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1 (start light and work your way up)

recovery: 10e KB Halos (to keep the shoulder loose, so go light)

WOD

5 Hang Clean (185/135)

10 Ring Pushups

10e FWD-REV Lunges (w/ sandbag if ready)

5 rounds for time
