Thursday - September 13, 2012 "Burpee Challenge - 2"

This mornings classes are as follows: get here at 4:30am or 5:15am. This is for this week only. Also, be aware that we start the workout 15 minutes early so it might be wise to get here a couple minutes earlier than 5:15am. Remember, Friday mornings time has changed to the Monday/Wednesday schedule as well (on a more permanent basis) Get here at 4:30am or 5:15am on Fridays. Thanks guys!
 
Also, for those of you who haven't gotten back to me regarding your attendance at the party this Saturday, please post in the comments section whether or not you'll be coming or not. You guys can also write what you'll be bringing in case you don't know what to bring.  KuMarie, you better bring your spicy sausage dip and Vicki, your corn dip!  Yummy yummy!

300m Sandbag Run
50m Sandbag Walking Lunges
5 Deadlifts (135/95)
5 Hang Cleans (135/95)
5 Front Squats (135/95)

***Partners will lunge and run together however; only one person will carry the load. You may switch off the load as needed. Each partner must complete 5 Reps on the bar. Both partners are not allowed to work at the same time on bar. Movements must be done in order.
