Decent turnout for the weightlifting class.  Quite a few PRs, quite a few tweeks on form.  Let's see what happens at next weeks class.



3e Turkish Getups

recovery: work on Hang Power Snatches



10 Hang Power Snatch (65/45)

5e Alt. Fwd Lunges w/ Bar OH (same bar)

10 SDHP (same bar)

AMRAP in 15' 

***The weights posted are the absolute max, no going heavier.  If you have a shoulder issue or are uncomfortable/new with snatches do hang power clean, lunges with bar in front rack, and deadlifts is the alternative.***
