ATTENTION WARRENTON ATHLETES!!!  EVERY FRIDAY from here on out the morning schedule will be the same as Mondays and Wednesday.  Get here at 4:30am (for 5am class) or 5:15am (for 5:30am class).  This change is effective immediately.  Parker will no longer to be able to train Friday mornings as his work schedule has changed. 
 
ATTENTION AMISSVILLE ATHLETES: There will be NO Saturday class in Amissville this weekend as I will be in Maryland at the Tough Mudder.
 
Remember there are no kids classes this weekend either because I will not be here. Kids classes will resume on September 15th.  Saturday 11:15am class in Warrenton is STILL ON.
