IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT I MIXED UP THE INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEKEND.  Saturday classes are STILL ON this weekend as well as 930am Saturday yoga!  Please come! (the information below is now correct)  

Due to the 4th of July holiday, there will be no classes held on FRIDAY. However, the coaches will be working out at 10am on Friday and, if you're up to par on the movements, you are welcome to join us. There will be no coaches "coaching" so come at your own discretion. 

It's also not too late to sign up for the Self Defense class this Sunday, July 6th at 1pm. Please email me if you're interested!  crystal@crossfitwarrenton.com
