This week the training for the GoRuck challenge will be again on Saturday at the same time. Be sure you have your gloves, your bricks wrapped so that they are soft (Steve), and whatever else you need. On a side note a couple of you noticed how your shirt rides up your back when you have a backpack on and run. This can be fixed by wearing a compression layer tucked into your pants, or vaseline. Nothing worse than a raw spot on your lumbar back. This weekend guys need to have 3 bricks, and women are still at 2.
