Nice little 10' AMRAP yesterday.  This past weekend made us realize that we need to incorporate a lot more short sprint workouts.  They are harder because since it's such a short workout you have to sprint the entire time.  Some of you realized that today.  If you can honestly say that there is no way you could have gone harder in today workout, then you did it right. If you think you could have gone harder, then you know to fix that next time you see a short sprint workout.
