Tuesday 10-4-2011 (BC 57)

Bottom to bottom TABATA Squats... FUN or PAIN?  Hopefully everyone feels a little of both towards the movement.  Everyone did nice work Monday with their Push Presses.  you all drove from the heels through the floor, got full extension overhead, and used the body as one big chain.  I hope that the perfect form continues from here on out, and I don't have to run another reminder of how we do business.  (even though I seriously doubt that I won't have to in the future)

10 R Arm DB Squat Clean (40/20)
15 Jumping Ring Pullups
10 L Arm DB Squat Clean (40/20)
15 Pushups
