Work on Box Jumps (or other goals)

WOD "Partner WOD"

While one person is on Rower, the other person is doing wall ball shots until the person on the rower completes a total of 500m. They then switch positions and repeat so both people are at both exercises 2x. Be sure to count the total number of WallBall Shots between you and you partner. And your time of course.

Same thing here. One person is at Pushups until the other person completes 50 Rope Chops. Switch. x3 each position. Be sure to keep track of your total number of pushups between you and your partner, as that is your score for this workout. And your time of course.
