Happy Valentines Day!!!
Yes valentines day has become exceptional commercialized, but it is still a holiday. With that being said, it is still the thought that counts, so be sure you do something special for that special someone.
On a side note, you should all have notebooks to keep track of your workout results and other misc info. A large 5 subject notebook is ideal because it will allow you to separate all the differents parts of the program into easily accessbiel sections (WODs, named WODs, Strength Work, Personal Goals, Nutrition). Your record keeping is how you track your progress, and for you to know what needs more work when we have GOAL WORK days. If you have any questions, don't be shy.
