What a great day yesterday! Was hoping we were in for spring weather permanently. Friday it's supposed to be 70; next week the highs are in the 40s...BUMMER...oh well it's only February. Wishful thinking though!
Skill/Strength Work on goals... WOD 5 Deadlifts 5 Hang Cleans 5 Push Press 5 Front Squats Five rounds for time: All the way through the 4 exercises without letting go of the bar. Increase weight each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
