Oh the weather was definitely hot yesterday, but nice job everyone with the WOD!

Go over and set everything up for workout and with the time remaining perform:
5e Turkish Getups
10e KB Windmills
Partner workout...While one person is doing one of the exercises, the other person is doing the exercise in parenthesis. Switch off and move to the next station.
10e Rope Walks (hand plank hold)
20 Wall Balls (front squat hold) 45/25
30 Air Squats (hold air squat)
50e Russian Twists (Bicycle Crunches)
