How to do toes to bar.

Today from 11am-2pm we will have snooty set up at the Fauquier county health fair in old town across from the library. Feel free to stop by for a quick workout as we will be doing demo workouts thoughout the day!! Email me if you like to help or if you'd like to get your workout in!

For those of you who are not showing up because the workout looks TOO HARD, ought to be ashamed, as you KNOW things are modified if you cannot do something.  Come to the workouts knowing that you need someone to push you along, that is what we are here for.  If you do not want to know what we are doing for the day, and afraid that you won't come if you see if, then don't read the website. So with that being said, you need to come to the workout regardless, and we will modify as necessary.  The workout below and all of the other Men's named WODs are named after someone who lost their lives and who would do anything to be doing this workout, instead of in the ground, so let's step it up a little bit and do it for the family that he had to leave behind.
