Establish new goals today for 1 month, 3 month and 6 months. Write them on the white board before leaving. Thank you to Deb, Carlina and Andrea for distributing flyers to their respective schools who are helping get the word out of the Grand Opening in Warrenton on June 18th. I still haven't heard from most of you regarding whether you'll be able to come help out/participate in WODs at the Grand Opening.
