I am now certified in as a Level 1 Olympic Lifting Coach. Saturday and Sunday were very long days; but I learned a lot and if I am picking on your form on Olympic Lifts, don't be surprised. There were a lot of things that make sense to me now about the cleans and the snatches that I and a lot of you were not doing. But we'll get to that when we get there. Concepcion, we CAN make your shoulder more flexible too; I learned some new tricks! There were 14 guys in the class and a whopping 5 gals.
